Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all courses, registrations and payments at Indian Films Academy, Lucknow (indianfilmsacademy.com). By taking admission or making a payment you accept them.

Courses: Cinematic Acting, Film Direction and Film Editing are 90-day classroom courses held at the academy's address. Batch dates and timings are given at admission. The academy may change the order of the curriculum, teachers or timings when needed.

Selection: Admission and merit scholarships are based on the selection audition. The academy may decline any application without giving a reason; the full amount paid is then refunded.

Conduct: Students are expected to be disciplined, punctual and respectful to everyone. The academy may cancel the admission of a student for serious misconduct; fees are not refunded in that case.

Shoots and promotion: Footage from classes and live projects may be used in projects and promotion by the academy and PICHCHRAPA. If you do not agree to the use of your image or video, tell us in writing at admission.

Internships and jobs: Internships and job opportunities depend on the student's performance, selection and the projects available. The academy does not guarantee any job, role or income.

Payments and refunds: Fees, instalments and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Disputes: Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms.
