Refund and cancellation policy

Registration fee (₹500): This covers the selection audition and processing and is not refundable. If the academy itself cancels the audition or batch, it is refunded in full.

Course fee: The course fee is refunded in full, excluding the registration fee, on a written request (email or WhatsApp) made at least 7 days before the batch starts. After the batch starts the course fee is not refundable.

Changes by the academy: If the academy cancels a batch or postpones it by more than 15 days and you do not wish to join on the new dates, the full amount paid is refunded.

Scholarships: A scholarship is a fee concession and cannot be converted to cash.

Support contributions: Voluntary contributions for the free classes are not refundable.

How refunds are paid: Approved refunds are sent within 7 to 10 working days to the same method (UPI, card or bank) used for payment.
